Architecture as a long-term investment
Vidastudio is a full-service architecture and design practice based in Buenos Aires, working across Argentina, Uruguay, and the United States. We collaborate with developers, private clients, and institutions on projects ranging from high-end residences and boutique hospitality to commercial and urban-scale work.
Our approach begins before design—by understanding the land, the client, the budget, and the life the building is meant to support. We operate as a lean studio by design. Every project is led directly by the principals, ensuring clarity, precision, and consistent involvement from concept through execution.

Our Latest News
Kanan Dume Residence, a single-family residence in Malibu, California, is currently approximately 78% complete for Phase 1, marking a major milestone in the rebuild after the Woolsey Fire. The project has advanced from structural recovery into a clearly defined architectural stage, with the exterior envelope, glazing, façade rhythm, stair elements, balcony railings, and major interior wood finishes largely in place.
Because the rebuild was required to stay within the original footprint, with only a limited +10% expansion, the design focuses on precision, restraint, and making the most out of the existing site conditions. Current work is focused on completing exterior detailing, final façade elements, interior finishes, site cleanup, and the transition from construction shell to finished residence.
